About the role

We are seeking an experienced digital project lead to join our team in either Copenhagen or Stockholm. You will work as part of a team of three, and report to our digital director and partner Didrik Persson.

The ideal candidate has a passion for leading digital projects and processes, and facilitating a team of designers and external developers in creating visually stunning and user-friendly digital experiences. In this role, you will own projects from start to finish, ensuring that we meet expectations across quality, time, budget, and process.

In addition, you have a strategic mindset and understanding of the intricacies of our clients’ business and industries. We wish to be a trusted advisor, and able to identify ways in which we can help our clients meet their objectives through meaningful insights and creative solutions. Hence, you will also be responsible for growing and developing your client relationships through client management and business development plans.

As a person, you are relational, organized, proactive and communicative, and thrive in collaborative and creative environments. You are ambitious on behalf of yourself and others, and have a structured and solution-oriented approach with great attention to detail and quality. You like to challenge business as usual, and always strive to do great work that has an impact.

We believe that the best creative work is done through a mix of in-person teamwork and individual focus time. Hence, we work from the office four days a week with a remote WFH day on Wednesdays.

When expanding the team, we always look for talented people with personality. So do tell us what else you want to bring to the party.
